now I'm also thinking of going there. but so far there is no indication of which day Polly will perform. (or is there? did I miss some information on the festival website?)

I wrote them an e-mail inquiring to know which day P J Harvey will perform. this is the reply that I got:

It has not yet been finally decided, which bands will play which time and day. It is a huge puzzle fitting in approx. 170 acts during 4 days.
Furthermore the bands may change tour plans, recording plans etc. The actual schedule will be published mid June.

that's wonderful, how are prospective members of the audience supposed to make plans ahead of time without knowing the schedule until two weeks before the actual date? (and the need to buy a one-day ticket before they sell out surely makes it precarious.)

but anyway, we can safely assume that Polly will perform at Roskilde either 30th June or 1st July, since she is scheduled for Werther 2nd July and Arras 3rd July.

Why can't she just hop over to Sweden too? I want to see her at a small venue! But I will do my best to get to Roskilde!
