Album version vs single version

Besides "A Perfect Day Elise", are there any other songs that have two different versions? I tried to check a few like "The Wind" and "Good fortune", but all the others seem to be the same.

Well, "The Wheel" single/video version is substantially shorter - the long ass intro is edited out - but that's not really an alternative version (i.e. different mix), so unless I'm forgetting something, you're right - they're all basically the same.
