2016-10-09 - Falconer (Copenhagen, Denmark)
extra show announced for 9 October at 20:00
ticket sale tomorrow (Friday 29 July) at 10:00
http://www.billetlugen.dk/da/event/pj-harvey/billetter
be in good time because they place you in an electronic queue (when I aimed for the first ticket sale, for what will now be the second show, I became #642 waiting in line even though I logged on almost a half hour in advance).
but it's a standing audience, so no rush to get the best seats.
(or at least it's standing for 10 October, so easy to assume it will be the same on 9 October.)

Bump. Fall tour starts on Sunday.
Please look to see if a thread already exists for a date before starting a new topic.
Try to use the standard form we've been using for the subject line: YYYY-MM-DD - venue (city, country).
Even if there are two consecutive dates at the same venue, avoid the temptation to reuse the thread for the second date. Start a new thread.

" Be afraid. Be very afraid. #bassflute "

I guess this "threat" is for today's show - Terry Edwards hinted onto some new songs on the setlist earlier.

Hello!
Does anybody know about the new playlist? It seems the band has rehearsaled a lot these last days.
I am really curious because I assisted at one concert in July and I will in 2 weeks.
Thanks

Maybe I'm stupid, but I can't identify this disposition of the band:

I think John Parish only played this guitar on "50ft Queenie" before.

Hm, this setlist from Danish site might be wrong:
https://www.facebook.com/jamesjohnstonh ... =3&theater
"We played some fresh songs in the set - "Is This Desire?", "Written On The Forehead", "Highway '61", "To Talk To You" [if that's correct, first live performance ever!!] , "The River", and "The Devil"."
Maybe there was a second encore? Or maybe he revealed the encore songs for the second night?

Oh, To Talk to You... a song that I've related to a lot for the past month, sadly. What a strange coincidence they choose to play it.

"And surprisingly, she played older songs as well as her new (amazing) work, so I got to hear my all-time favorites To Talk to You, The Devil (YES! She did play it, even though it isn't on the setlist I have seen posted), The River and Is this Desire?"

Don't know how much you can trust this site, but it says they also played "The Last Living Rose", and excluded "Medicinals" with "When Under Ether" (I really liked both of these live versions, but maybe that's a possibility for variety in the sets, and they will play them occasionally).
