I'm not sure if that's gonna be a "live broadcast" - Amnesiac's link says to me in French "you can watch this on 15.06.2016 since (or at) 00:30".

The show itself starts at 21:30 (with supporting band "Micachu & The Shapes"), so it might be an ARTE channel broadcast (impressively) shortly after the show.

It's a live broadcast because Micachu stars at 21:30 (30 minutes). There is 30 minutes wait between the supporting band and the headline. 22:30 is ok imo.

I watched many concerts with concert.arte.tv and it's always live broadcast. After they propose online a selection or the full performance if artists are ok.
Sometimes they broadcast on TV the same show during the summer in full HD.
