@PJHarveyUK This is Love on @ThePeakyBlinder series 3 episode 2 - oh yes give it some Polly :shades:

Series 3 continues where 2 left off - using Polly's atmospheric tunes to fill the scenes, a must for Gardeners if you can get it - the main female character is called Polly too :green:

Oh to have the rocking Polly back....yes please

Hi guys, I'm looking for a good version of the Red Right Hand cover, Youtube ones are quite bad, does anyone has any idea where to find it?

Spoiler! :
Clear tracks recorded for the 2nd Series of "Peaky Blinders" (2014): http://www.mediafire.com/download/c8a8d ... spb_v2.rar
["Red Right Hand", "The Water is Wide" and 2 remixes by Paul Hartnoll]

"C'mon Billy" (ambient version, 2014, also from "Peaky Blinders"): http://www.mediafire.com/download/w9a23 ... _pj_20.rar

"Peaky Blinders" cuts:

Episode 1: http://www.mediafire.com/download/pu8ft ... /pb-pj.rar ("To Bring You My Love" and "Down by the Water" remixes)

Episode 2: http://www.mediafire.com/download/851bh ... J-pb_2.rar (2 mp3s: fully acapella version of "Broken Harp"s beginning, "Man-Size" instrumental,
"A Perfect Day, Elise" instrumental, variation of "To Bring You My Love" and "When Under Ether" variations)

Episode 3: http://www.mediafire.com/download/josa9 ... -pj_31.rar (guitar riff from "All and Everyone")

Episode 4: http://www.mediafire.com/download/scb0s ... 02_spb.rar (instrumental rendition of "To Bring You My Love")

Episode 5: http://www.mediafire.com/download/50pmv ... pb-v_1.rar (2 mp3s: "To Bring You My Love", "Catherine", "Working for the Man" and "C'mon Billy" variations)

Episode 6: http://www.mediafire.com/download/bv60b ... 0-spbv.rar (another instrumental rendition of "To Bring You My Love")
Source files were FLVs from BBC site (provided by Romario11) - they were quite small, I think they had 128kbps quality at the core, but since that was the best quality you could find anywhere on the web (I suppose), I transfered them into 320kbps mp3s.

Here's also an excellent WAV recording from the radio (made by dickie) - but, unfortunately, it's not a full song: http://www.mediafire.com/download/8f6ki ... ed0001.wav

I also think it was a different vocal (and I didn't like it). But I think the series itself got more interesting this season.

I remember how in 2014 in some article they mentioned what Polly's version of "Red Right Hand" was intended to be used only once, in the opening scene of the 3rd episode of the 2nd Series (the song was recorded to accompany this particular scene, or something like that, although they only used 1min 15sec of it). So maybe they had a legal right to use Polly's voice in the series only once, but after the song went pretty popular on the web, they decided to reprise it, but with a different vocals.
