LOL. Now she can easily re-shoot "Down by the Water" clip with her own beautiful hair instead of that wig (I really don't like the damn thing).

at min 05.08 she's saying
"next year I'll be publishing my first book of poems in colalboration with Seames Murpphy"

I think since she added new lines in "The Guest Room" maybe that's a sign that she's still working (rewrites, editing) on it? This year would be great, but maybe she's going to release it alongside (or some time before) the new album.
