That site is awesome. I love reading the stories behind the pictures.

Who knew that now infamous ROM pic was taken in the dark? And that the Dry image was taken on a photo copier at the library? Too friggin cool man. Thanks for sharing.

No I'm not Maria!!! I used to post at The Garden when it was at the other URL, but then I've not got round to registering... Work kinda got in the way. It was just when I saw this I thought I should share it! Its nice to be back too.

i agree! maria rocks! very creative in getting around things to get the look she wants like not having a spotlight so used a projector and paper instead. awesome

Ok, I've just read "Maria Mochnacz videos" thread at Amusement Park forum... so, it has not released yet (more than 10 years after ITD? album)... Could it be released some day?

^We hope it will be released one day. I guess we'll have to play the ol "wait and see" game.
You can see more pics used in the video in that gallery. I wish it was possible to zoom in on them. Loads of those I've never seen before.

I still can't get over the fact that they bought that nighty at TJ Maxx! I mean, can you imagine either Polly or Maria walking around in there?

I've not been the biggest fan of Maria's artsy-fartsy ways, but now that she explains the reasoning for them, I can appreciate them a whole lot more.

This site is supergreat! Too cool to read all the stories behind the pictures, especially for the Dry cover! I can totally imagine that scene! (but wait a second: if it was taken with a photocopier, isn't that a self-made picture...? )

I really do hope there is more to come, who knows...rejected pictures from album covers photosessions, videofootage of any sort, or perhaps that Angelene video?

By the way, I find it nice that Maria's site has a whole section dedicated just to Polly

Oh also, I cannot believe that PJ and Maria regret using the picture that is now the cover for SFTCSFTS!! I love that image!
Having seen the one they initially wanted to use, I don't see how it would have translated all that well.
