HI y'all
i am wondering if anyone here can help me get into contact with someone from pj's camp who can organise an interview for me. Pj is due to play in Perth, Western Australia on jan 13 and the magazine i work for wants to extend an invitation to meet her australian roller derby namesake; pj carvey while she is in town.
I have tried contacting frontier, who are promoting her oz tour, but they have not been helpful. i understand that in these situations it is better to contact the artist directly (if possible) or her manager because not all media opportunities are passed on to the artist.
i would like to think that Pj would be interested in doing this interview; its fun and different right?
Anyway, anyone who can help out will find that if they contact my editors at Hit and Miss magazine, through their website, email or facebook they will confirm my story, and non-dodginess.
HIt and Miss is the only australian owned and run derby mag about derby in Australia.

I believe Polly's manager is still Sally-Anne McKeown at Principle Managment. Some googling may be productive. Good luck.

I googled a bit just out of curiosity. On LinkedIn I found the profile of this person who claims to be PJ Harvey's assistant manager: http://www.linkedin.com/pub/missy-iredell/8/373/293
She's also on Facebook and Twitter so maybe she could be contacted. She might be only handling the management in the US though, don't know..

You can try contacting the people who run the pollyharvey.co.uk website: info@pollyharvey.co.uk
But if you can find Polly's management contact info, that would be your best bet. I remember it being available somewhere, I just cannot remember where exactly. Also, as this was years ago, its safe to assume that info has changed.
