It's not that unusual to run into a discrepancy like that. I've seen a few videos of PJ shows that don't quite agree with the commonly seen setlists and yes, the video usually appears to be seamless and not manipulated.

It's 16 bit WAV files edited with audacity into segments by song.
I can convert it to FLAC and bundle it into a RAR archive for an upload, but it will still be pretty big.
