I've searched for this before and the only place I've seen this article online is in the JSTOR archives, for $34. A serendipitous google search tonight turned up the Mazullo page with the link to the full text. It's an entertaining read.

Mazullo himself must've downloaded this from JSTOR and made it available. You can see the download date (Jan 25, 2013) in the pdf footers.
If he's reading this, thank you Mark!

Brilliant! Many thanks. A lot to digest at one reading! I'll have to revisit (when it's not quite so late).
One thing that struck me was the idea of the way Polly's sexuality arrived; it also seems to me that it hit her like the proverbial ton of bricks. From being the Only Girl In The Village to finding yourself in a rock'n'roll situation must have been pretty traumatic. You can't help but think something deeply personal happened to her around that time, culminating in her near nervous breakdown.
She's unique. I'm obsessed. Where's she going next??? I'd love to see her acting some more. Que sera, sera ...

^ The unauthorized PJ biography by Blandford is also a good read (in case you haven't already read it).
