Let England Shake is a new favorite. I like this version best over the previous live performances.

Anyone else notice the clips on amazon.co.uk are gone?

The tracks are there, but there's no links to click to play the samples.

I'm new in the Forum, so I hope this is not out of context; but you can preview 30 seconds of each song from this site: http://www.qobuz.com/album/let-england-shake-pj-harvey/0060252762660?utm_source=cj_catalog&utm_medium=affiliation&utm_campaign=cat_general_musicstory

There's a new bonus track on UK Itunes ( when you pre-order the LES plus video)
It's called "The Nightingale" and you can also hear a preview.

As if I needed another reason to be excited for this album, "The Nightingale" sounds amazing. Really can't wait!

Thankyou, sanvean.

Polly watched Ken Loach films too; I think I know which ones!

I'll have - more than likely, very bad - guesses that she read riverbend's blog re. Iraq and the RAWA (Revolutionary Association of the Women of Afghanistan) site re. Afghansitan.

I can't preview "...Big Guns..." and i can't find "The Nightingale". I'm interested in both, but more so the last five tracks from the album that haven't leaked. About two weeks now. I imagine we'll see a full leak in the next week.

We have no preview of Guns. Nightingale's lyrics "We march on, wrapped in your song, for you I gave my 5 year old son. I felt him behind me..." PJ's singing with John and I think Mick, I hear tambourine and guitar. It sounds really nice. If you have iTunes just change your country to UK and you can listen.
