Melody Maker interview with PJ in February 1992 - interesting mention of her new song Rid of Me at the end of the article. I didn't know it was written so early, before the Dry album was even out yet.

Almost shocking to see her as a blonde but she looks good! Makes me excited for the visuals and photoshoots for the next project, be it the book or the album.

The first time i saw those pics i couldn't believe my eyes! had to blink and look at them again multiple times to make sure it wasn't a hallucination... she does look good, but i would argue she would look good even with pink or blue hair!
I've always preferred darker hair- maybe a bit of a traditionalist thing on my part since the majority of Italians aren't blonde- but i take this as a new PJH Era coming soon, so no worries!
Many of the songs in Dry and Rid of Me (and in the 4-track demos) were actually written by PJ way before their release date; quite a few of them were written when she was 17 or 18! That's why, in the recent years, Polly finds herself unconfortable in playing again the majority of those songs, she struggles with songs written by a basically teenage Polly!
