Is that Sheryl Crow she's holding in the top right pic???? Because in that case, it would be the first time in my life I'd be questioning her good taste...

They just were in the same episode of "Later" together.

I checked out this person's account too. Interesting, but also very weird. I haven't been able to conclude whether it's a friend of Mick Harvey who has access to such collector's items or a creepy fan who even follows Mick Harvey's son. At the moment I'm inclined to believe the latter (how would a friend come across a letter written to a promoter or something and why would a friend follow no-one but a handful of famous musicians, and their kids).

mick seems to have been following this account before it was visible to the public? first picture was posted 14th august, so its been around for a while and no one noticed untill now.. i doubt it is a creepy fan.
Hm; if I were a friend of *any* sort, I wouldn't put this kind of thing into the public arena - unless it was 'authorised' in some way. Some time ago an image appeared of a postcard Polly wrote to what seemed to be two elderly aunts in Bristol, and you might well question how on earth that came to the light of day; I can make up some disagreeable scenarios.
Having said that, she seems to be quite relaxed these days about this kind of stuff. And the letter really is charming: I like the fact that she signed with her full name. She still does that, doesn't she, as though people wouldn't be sure otherwise. My handwriting was never that neat even when I *was* 18!
