the last music I listened to was "Lick My Decals Off Baby" (the whole album), right now I'm just listening to the wind rustling the leaves outside my open window.
what shall I play next? (I don't know yet.)
the wind is playing the leaves, by itself, no need for me to turn it on (though I could turn it off by closing my window - which I won't do). playing music requires an effort: I need to push a button or two, right now I can't make up my mind what to play next (could this be because those leaves are too sweet to my ears, as the wind is playing them, or could it be Beefheart that just blew my mind again, like he usually does - but that tends to lead me on to play some more, or something else; not so this very moment).
oh, I'm just rambling here, forgive me. such a superfluous post, this is. but I felt like writing a bit, for no purpose at all. now I'd better get back to doing some serious emailing.

Classic! Someone upped Jello Biafra and The Guantanamo School Of Medicine - Live @ Markthalle, Hamburg, Germany, 2009-09-05 to Dime this weekend. Grabbed it but haven't had a chance to check it out yet. Gotta love his choice of band names
It’s sad this vision required such height. I’d have preferred to be down with the others, in the stadium. They know the terror of birds. I am left, instead, with the deep drone… The urgency to deliver light, as if it were some news from the far galaxies. JC 1980
