I've been wondering that too. There seemed to be some kind of after-show party. I was in the stalls and when we tried to leave the theatre the same way we came in (via the stalls bar) we weren't allowed through but there were several people with passes waiting to go in there. Polly was still up in the box, chatting to her friends, so she may well have been waiting for the after-show (or she may just have been waiting until the rest of the audience left so she wouldn't get accosted by any fans.)
I'm also hoping a video will emerge as there was definitely someone 'official' filming the show ie. he had a professional-looking hand-held camera and was openly filming at the front. (He got up on the stage while Polly was singing - probably so that that damn music stand wasn't blocking his view!) I think that if they were planning to release a DVD of the whole show they would have had at least two cameras (I only saw the one) so I'm thinking it's maybe something that will either be put on an official website or released as an 'extra' on a CD or maybe a few clips will be included as part of something else. Whatever it is, hopefully it will include Polly's performance.
