Never heard of it. It's likely an academic dissertation of some sort.

No kidding, the price is the real kicker! If your going to run a scam like that, cut the price in half and sell 4X more. They didn't teach that in conman101?

At 94 pages, it can't be just the PJ Harvey wikipedia page. I'll bet it's somebody's college thesis. The wikipedia note on the front I believe is a boilerplate disclaimer they put on all their "books". The unrelated cover art also shows how clueless they are.
