If you create a thread with a batch of new pics from a gig in it, please try to include the gig date (in standard form, yyyy-mm-dd) and venue/city in the thread title. For example, "2009-06-03 Covington KY, Madison Theater". You can use the gigography to easily get that info:

Finally, take it easy with pictures you post here that are copyrighted. An occasional 1 or 2 probably won't get us into trouble, but especially with the flickr pictures, it's better to post a link to them rather than embed them here in the threads.

DrDark I think you mentioned in one post about how helpful it'd be to have a picture index gallery or something. I agree, I thought a while ago that that'd be helpful cause I don't know what shows my pictures are from (for the most part). but that'd be a LOT of work to organize. (but eventually, i'd be up for the challenge )

^ The closest thing at the present time to an organized view of PJ pics is to use a date selective search with the web sites shown above.

For the pics I've saved, I have them sorted by era and recent ones sorted even further by gig (date), just like music.

The suggestion I had was to split this pic forum into subforums of each of the various eras. Maybe we can try that some day.

yeah i have my photos separated into eras with only some knowing the gig, like the pianos one, eurokenees (sp?), big day out, and I can't forget glastonbury 95.... ahhhhhh (spaces out)

My modest contribution: gallery of PJ pics I've gathered over time.
For the moment it's just a big fat heap of unorganized pics (with some exceptions), but I intend to put some order to it someday. Or not.

WOW, excellent work Olivier!

I recognized some of the "MayanClub" pics as my screen grabs from the video. You might think about renaming these pic's file names to something like "Kentish" or "London Forum". It turns out that I was mistaken in originally thinking the video was from the Mayan Club gigs in LA that she did in May of 1995. The video was later confirmed to be from 1995-05-11 Kentish Town Forum.
