I stumbled across this through the PJ Harvey fan page on Facebook (the one with the largest number of subscribers)

A petition to Island Records to release a PJ Harvey box set of rarities and b-sides.
Just 40 signatures since January 31 2009?! We need to spread this!

What's got me puzzled is why she never released
""long time coming" on the limited edition b-sides for TBYML.

And she desperatley needs to do something with Claudine (the inflatable one), Primed And Ticking and The Faster I Breath The Further I go! Goes for the rest of the Desire era b-sides.

Yeah! Instead of releasing the same 4-track demo versions of Reeling and Goodnight!
Maybe she had to fulfill some Island's commitments, and didn't really have much to decide about the tracklist, who knows why this waste of opportunity...? I guess we'll never know.

Hey guys- I'm back!
Back in 2006, I got to ask PJ a question at the New Yorker event at the Supper Club and I asked if she had ever considered releasing a b-sides set. She said absolutely because some of those songs are her favorites. She also mentioned the EP that came out around TBYML and said she doesn't even have a copy of that anymore!

Yeah true, but she'll get around to it eventually. She's a lady of her word.
Speaking of b-sides..had "the falling" on continuos repeat today. Such an incredible song! Never mind about sounding pretty! Her delivery is incredible!
