Thank you for your welcome Do you think? She has those really thick, slightly untidy eyebrows...and her hair looks like it's been slicked back..and she has no fringe...and she looks really young..so I just assumed it was TBYML (i'm still convinced. But neither one will be sure 'til we see the full pic )

I see where you're coming from, but personally, I think we fans put a little too much of our own projections onto Polly & Nick. Nobody knows what it was really like. I've seen this topic coming up so much lately, it's weird, considering it was 15 years ago. Although I suppose it's just so romantic

Yeah, he's a bit of a cunt. (to use his own terminology, and a very aussie one at that) ... But Polly can be pretty harsh herself sometimes. I just think sometimes things burn very brightly at first, then the light goes out. Especially if you are very (too?) similar. And that can be hard...especially when you've never REALLY been 'left' before.

I also think there's something a little weird about having a real relationship with someone you knew as a music icon previously. How can there not be some kind of imbalance?

It's weird you said that.... most certainly always feel as though they are too good for me, I suppose that's the problem. It makes me put up with crap I shouldn't.

I listened to black hair many times yesterday and cried. As much as it probably hurt her, you can hear the love in the songs as well as the hurt and the hate. At least he loved her enough to write about her.
I just wasted several years with someone who can't even tell me how they feel! It's crazy.
