We're not very fond of holidays I guess. Speaking of which, I should probably go install one of those xmas forum themes.

some people are obsessed with scheming for a white xmas, even though snowfall is no realistic prospect in most places. (australians wouldn't be dreaming seriously of a white xmas, nor would most africans or latin americans.) so it would seem that certain snowmongers are intent on imposing their wishes on the world, if only in symbolic form (on a webpage).

^You can find your themes via your user control panel, under board preferences

I see that Polly is wearing a Santa Hat.
Not much planned for the 'pollydays'

I usually just go spend x-mas eve with my family. It's kinda tradition to stay up til midnight since that's when everyone opens their presents. X-mas day, I mostly stay at home, but this year, I may go out and actually do something.
Nothing planned for New Years Eve this year. Which is odd because we usually have a few parties planned ahead of time. But I know I'll be at a party, somewhere

Happy (P)Hol(l)idays to all of you!
I was about to say Happy New Year, now that the shortest day is past and days will be getting longer again.
it is really Midwinter that is the natural end of the old year and the beginning of the new one, never mind what the calendar says.
