I’m going to be doing about a dozen or so tutorials for Polly’s songs on my YouTube channel, linked here. I’ll be focusing mostly on the early stuff, with a few favorites from later albums and an emphasis on songs that either have grossly inaccurate tabs or covers or play-alongs online, or ones that—for whatever reason—no one has even attempted before.

I’ve started out with HARDLY WAIT and EASY, and I’ll be following soon with HOOK, MAN-SIZE, DRIVING, and many others.

I’ll consider requests if anyone has any; either leave a response here or a comment on the videos themselves. (Just don’t ask me to do A PLACE CALLED HOME or that Thom Yorke duet or WE FLOAT or anything off IS THIS DESIRE — sorry!) Also if anything is unclear in my videos and you need clarification or help, don’t hesitate to ask.

I have updated my YouTube channel with new play-alongs/tutorials for Man-Size (the internet desperately needed a correct version, good lord), Hook (good lord!), and Missed (but good lord...).

Excellent tutor and channel and big Polly fan. Hoping he gets some more together in the future

The AnyoneCanPlayGuitar guy is very good, but he doesn’t do the wiggle on the second to last note of the lead riff, and it’s really making my Asperger’s flare up. LOL

To mark the passage of more than a year since the last post in this subforum, I’ve uploaded a new demonstration video, this time for “No Girl So Sweet.” I came to really like the demo of this song; the chords are pretty gnarly. It uses the same weird tuning as “The Sky Lit Up”.
