I don't think so. I'm not an expert or anything but I've rummaged around in the Peej sections of record shops in Canada, France, Germany and the UK since it came out and never seen one!

If you mean digipak as AWAMWB, I guess there are not any WC album in this version. There is only special edition card sleeve release of WC including exclusive interview with Polly. I have this version but the interview link in the CD is not woorking now.

Yes, I think so. I saw jewel case version in the last winter when I was in berlin and paris for the tour.
