I like seeing P J smile Her pro. shots , She never smiles ! But when she dose It wonderful !
In 2013 Rob Ellis said ‘nobody hears from him at all or knows what he’s doing. I think he lives a sort of hermit-like existence’, and that he hadn't spoken to him for ten years (https://www.spin.com/2013/05/pj-harvey- ... ve-albini/). That wasn't quite true, as he appears on Spleen which was made in 1996 - so it was just seven years!Sebastiano Boina wrote:what happenned to Stephen Vaughan? I wonder how he's doing, he was a really good bassist.

thank you for sharing that, can't remember if i've read it before or not. Actually, if this interview is from 2013 it would be 17 years after Spleen: so that means he hadn't spoken to Vaughan since 2003.AineteEkaterini wrote: In 2013 Rob Ellis said ‘nobody hears from him at all or knows what he’s doing. oh yes, i did. PJ's rarity "daddy" comes from the "soundtrack to spleen" album.(In fact, checking, everyone appears on Spleen - John Parish, Charles Dickie, Sammy Hurden, Jess Upton ... Has anyone else here actually listened to it? Or just me?)
Oooh, I have never seen these! Hope Six outtakes, I assume? Where did you find them?bruise wrote:...

Sorry, there's the historian who just lets ten years disappear by accident!Sebastiano Boina wrote:Actually, if this interview is from 2013 it would be 17 years after Spleen: so that means he hadn't spoken to Vaughan since 2003
Accessibility is not a key concern! The follow-up, Little Scratches, is a bit easier to deal with.Orange Monkey wrote:I did try to listen to the whole album yesterday but it was hard going in places to my ears!

Took this image in Dorset at Poly’s Studio in 1995 for Select Magazine Cover. Travelled down with a red and blue background paper and a ring light. Shooting a cross process technique. Shooting EPT transparency and processed through C41. Fantastic grain enhancement and colour saturation. We only had about an hour but she was great to work with.
