No, the second picture I put in there FOR COMPARISON (different guitars), but the first one (along with black-and-white pic you've mentioned above) are from 2011.

she used to play that guitar during England, from 2011 tour
the photographer in from Oakland, CA, maybe is from Warfield theatre..
