Hmmm typical didn't think about valentine's day at all....

PJ Harvey is set to release her latest album ‘Let England Shake’ next week and to get everyone in the mood for parting with their pennies she will debut the album live in a one-off, special show from Paris next Monday February 14th.

The show will be streamed live on Monday night at 8pm GMT by the French music site Deezer, the cultural chanel ARTE and the official PJ Harvey site.

PJ Harvey has announced that she will be performing her new album Let England Shake in its entirety in a live webcast from Paris on Monday at 8 p.m. Greenwich Mean time. The webcast will be streamed on Harvey's official site as well as the French music site Deezer and the culture channel ARTE. [Pitchfork]

There were only 25x2 invitations to win on the internet for the fans, meaning all the rest is for Deezer corporate guests and journalists, which may be a painful audience. Some of these people may not come to the gig in the end so I will come in front of the venue and give it a try, it is not impossible that I become someone's +1 at last minute.

Yet I think it is not a disaster if I can't attend, she may play a shorter gig than expected and it will be much better to see her 10 days later at the Olympia playing for a bunch of proper fans

If I lived there I would definately pitch up at the venue, early afternoon if possible. The Box Office may have a waiting line for returns (like theatres), plus you never know whatever else might transpire. I got talking to a roadie the afternoon before one gig I remember, who kindly arranged to put me+1 on the guestlist

yes i would too but since it's 5 hours driving i pass without a ticket.. I would go if it was the only gig but i just got to be patient till friday i guess would be cool to see her in this tiny venue...I'll regret it for the rest of my life if i hear they let everybody in:-)

Already found a way to capture it - any other guidance is most welcomed - i'm using camstudio (freeware)-so wish me Luck
