The film (Book Of Life) is very frustrating to watch. The very soft image quality mated with perpetually shaky camera work. blech.

And the sleeve of CD-soundtrack: I love this movie. It's very trippy. I think it was sort of inspired by Bulgakov's "The Master and Margarita". All of the actors' works are AMAZING. And Polly Jean is very believable - SHE IS Mary Magdalene to me. )))

P.S.: Does somebody know if the song "Green Eyes" (with Pascal Comelade) was recorded after or before shootings of "The Book of Life"? I have a strong feeling what initially it was intended to be used in a movie (probably, instead of "The Faster I Breathe... ").
