Nope, she's Mathilda May, actress/singer/writer and definitely NOT just another pretty face.
Unfortunately she's not that famous outside France... except maybe for her first role in the 1985 movie "Lifeforce" where she is totally nude in all her scenes.

Thanks, olivier. I had heard of her but didn't know much about the films she had starred in. I think I need to see 'Lifeforce'. ;-)

Hehe... it's a role that made her famous at the time, although it wasn't an impressive actor's performance (I don't think she has any lines and her facial expression is like a mask in all her scenes...). But it's also a role that marks you for life; she was smart enough to move away from it.

She was in 'Solitary Man' with Michael Douglas. I've only seen clips but I think her American accent is pretty good. First time I saw her was in '28 Weeks Later'. A true beauty; more importantly, a talented actress.
