THE HOLLOW OF THE HAND
Between 2011 and 2014, artist PJ Harvey and photojournalist Seamus Murphy travelled to Kosovo, Afghanistan and Washington DC. The relationship between these three places, and between Harvey’s poems and Murphy’s pictures, led to "The Hollow of the Hand", a book Harvey will read from at the Théâtre Antique on 9 July.

PJ Harvey and Seamus Murphy will be appearing at Rencontres D’Arles in France this weekend in support of The Hollow of the Hand. Please see below for a full list of events surrounding the book.
Saturday 9th July 6:30pm: Book Signing
PJ Harvey and Seamus Murphy will be signing copies of The Hollow of the Hand at Cour Fanton, 34 rue du Docteur Fanton
Saturday 9th July 10pm to 12am: Evening at the Theatre Antique
PJ Harvey will be reading poems from The Hollow of the Hand with images by Seamus Murphy as part of the final evening of the opening week.
4th July to 25th September: The Hollow of the Hand exhibition at ÉGLISE SAINT-BLAISE:
