Wow, I bet your really really good then. I've noticed that PJ down-picks. My guitar teacher doesn't like me doing that, but for rid of me and yuri-g the rhythm is so complicated that you can pretty much only down-pick. Rid of me has a really hard to figure out rhythm. I have a question about hook though, is that the tuning or the chords in the description?

Hook tuning is DADGAD. I cannot be sure that Polly or Josh or whoever play with her use this tuning, but I found DADGAD is usable to play this song. Because of that second A string. And the low/high D holds the whole D tone.

Wow! I've been trying to figure out a lot of these songs for a while. I never thought to try alternate tunings. I need to think outside the box like that more.

Long Snake Moan isn't too hard, but I still can't replicate that screeching sound. The guitar riffs are played mostly on one or two strings, though.

Any tips?

'Still having trouble with Hook. That song hates me, but as a rhythm guitarist it is my destiny to learn it. My guitar teacher even has no idea how to play it.

Great indeed.

I'd like to know the tuning of "Who the fuck" since it seems she also used it for the live solo version of "Big Exit". Does anyone know? ;)

I use DGDGDD to play both. Not sure if that's the why she does it but it seems to work well enough.

Big Exit and Who the Fuck are in GGDDDD.

Hook is in STANDARD, EADGBe, and is dead simple to play—you just have to know when to bend the notes and which two strings to strike on each bend so you get that dramatic vibration between a ‘correct’ note and the in-between, bent note on the other string.

Hardly Wait is also in STANDARD.
