I remember the interview and now that you mention it, it could be that mermaid dress, but I don't think I've ever seen it otherwise. That is, I'm sure I haven't seen it, but the some one always corrects me.

It is commonly mistaking for PJ (obviously) but the gun in mouth photo was taken by Helmut Newton of Italian Actress Jo Champa |

Agree with last comment, it is Polly since I saw the photo on a Anton Corbijn exhibition in Sweden. He has also taken photos of Nick Cave, Captain Beefheart, Zappa, David Bowie, Patti Smith, Joy division etc |
