Remember: That's the one on the Isle of Wight, not Camp Bestival at Lulworth Castle!

I'm tempted to go just for Polly and Mr Tumble (!)

Went to the Isle of Wight festival proper a couple of years ago and thought it was the worst I'd ever been to (Pixies/Neil Young was the saving grace on the final night, though most of the crowd didn't get them). Many people seem to rate Bestival though, Camp Bestival was great despite not being your average festival crowd.

Beardyman is there again too I see, I might go along and heckle after last time

Only show for The Cure as well, but to stay on a festival(4 days) on an island in a tent? No thanks but it does mean she still tours around the Lowlands festival in Holland :-)

PJ in 3D:

Bestival have teamed up with Sky to broadcast this year's festival in 3D.

The seven and a half hours of footage will be shown in two hour chunks - one for each day, 9th - 11th September - and a ninety minute special on Sky One.

Rob da Bank comments: "It’s amazing to be part of the world's first 3D TV festival extravaganza on Sky. Bestival in 3D will be a mind-blowing explosion of colour and multi-dimensional music and mayhem and it’s great to be working with Whizz Kid again to bring it to life. Having Camp Bestival too as part of the Sky festival season means we've got a great summer of TV ahead."

Playing the Robin Hill Country Park event will be the likes of The Cure, Pendulum, Primal Scream, PJ Harvey, Brian Wilson and recent DIY cover stars, Noah & The Whale.
