Volume 3 is my favorite listening to Dirt reminds me a lot of To Bring You My Love, that exact "All Right!" and the bass line too |

I've noticed the most wonderful similarities between Dylan's Three Angels and Polly's poems The Hand and On the Corner of 1st and D. Just thought I'd share that here! |

I remember her mentioning this song in a 2008 interview for the radio programme Private Passions. She said that it was one of the "perfect short stories of a song" that she aspires to, along with Bonnie 'Prince' Billy's "Raining in Darling" and Howe Gelb's "Dear Diary" (which she played on the show). It must be a very special track for her. |
