Post subject:  New FX series called The Bridge featuring DBTW in promos
Caught this while watching TV on a regular network channel here in the USA, a 10 second promo trailer for this new series which features an arresting image of a woman wearing a skeletal mask, with a snippet of the song DBTW playing. Naturally, I was all like, woah. Umm, that was PJ Harvey! What's going on here!?! etc. :shocked:

The last two feature the snippet from the song, the last of the four is the trailer I saw.

I'm next to positive that wasn't PJ in the mask if that's what you're getting at (I might be interpreting wrong) but it's really fun hearing her music in random places like that.

Oh, no. Sorry, I wasn't suggesting that the woman appearing in the promo was PJ. Just the fact that one of her songs was being featured in such a prominent manner, i.e., "Umm, that was PJ Harvey!".

I could understand how you might have thought that was what I meant. But no. :)

FFS, why can't Americans just watch the original Bridge series with subtitles? They did this with The Killing as well.
