Yeah so where ya been? ![]() Quote: Q: Are you likely to bounce back through Toronto at all on this one?
A: I’m not ruling anything out. I want to support this record for as long as people are interested in it, so I’m quite prepared to keep going out there and playing these songs for people right through to next year. |

Q: You taught yourself to play piano for your last album, White Chalk. That’s definitely evidence of an artist intent on pushing herself out of her comfort zone in order to create. A: I wouldn’t phrase it myself as “pushing myself” out of my comfort zone or forcing myself to do anything because it’s not as planned as that. It’s not methodical. There’s no master plan of “Thou shalt not do this” and “You shall do this.” It’s actually what I desire to experiment with, so it’s a joy to go into it and to look into new areas. There’s nothing forced about it at all. ----------------------------------------------------------------- I had no idea about this. How amazing. |
