They've added an mp3: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b0766g5k.
Memorial clip is @ 4:10 - Line In The Sand is @ 8:00
Both are really really short clips.

Patiently awaiting a rip of Ministry Of Defence, paging head's_bullet

I was actually most annoyed by this line: "White Chalk is still the worst PJ Harvey album by far". First of all, not true. But more importantly, why write like this? How about, "It's the record I enjoyed the least", "I think it's not that good"? This is clearly someone who can't be taken seriously.

"White Chalk is still the worst PJ Harvey album by far, that 2007 bundle of piano ruminations with names like “Dear Darkness” tucked inside tossed-off album art."
He disliked White Chalk a lot more. One persons opinion. Mind you in this technological age, critics get paid what they deserve.

Whoa! Ministry of Defence is beautiful! Who'd have thought something that pretty would come from that angry verse? Love it!

EDIT: That radio station is really annoying. Plastered weird noises over everything lol

woah, i like that flute! What can you expect of rock critics? Some are interesting reads, but most stink- even the positive ones. IMO rock journalism has gone WAYY down the tubes since the age of the internet, where anybody can be a critic. Honestly though, not just rock journalism, journalism in general has just hit the garbage, with people who can't form a though, think critically, or even express their thoughts in an intelligible way half the time.

I just commented on that with a fried, previously I was complaining about BBC shitting Chain of Keys broadcast, but this Swiss radio is almost hilarious as their vignettes are not just bothering but ridiculously comic.

I recorded it even though the way we got it so far, I hope we can get a cleaner version later

Thanks for the mp3!

Shows how amazing the song is though - I don't mind listening to the weird radio stings haha! I'm not too fond of the mental sax/brass bit but it'll grow on me I'm sure.

Wow this is a great forum :) Reminds me of my friends in the various Tori forums :-)

I lost my cat yesterday and this music for some reason feels really heeling.

Can we do a roundup of what we have so far?

1 - The Wheel
2 - The Community of Hope
3 - The Orange Monkey
4 - The ministry of Defense
5 - Chain of Keys
6- Medicinals.

Am I missing one?

Had a quick listen. It doesn't sound quite like the one I heard her record, but the clip was so short it's hard to tell.

I looked at the lyric reproduction sheets I bought (why I didn't do this sooner I have no idea) and the High Commissioner song does have the lyric "a line in the sand" in it.

Not sure how to post instagram pictures on a forum but you can find a picture I took here: https://www.instagram.com/peterhignett/

I remember it being a lot more angry, frenetic and energised. It really sounded like she was going to war! Hopefully the outro is just calmer than the rest and it hasn't been toned down completely! The "oh-oh-ohs" in the verses are very catchy.
