Also, Don Letts played Written on the Forehead a little while back.

Thanks, Polly_Jean_Cave! Don Letts, Guy Garvey, Jarvis Cocker and Sandra Bernhard? 4 great ones there. I'm tempted to comment on some articles about Polly's Mercury Prize win; so, I might just use these for ammunition.

By the way, I highly recommend Martin Scorsese's 'The King of Comedy', if you haven't seen it; with Sandra, Robert De Niro and Jerry Lewis. A brilliant film about celebrity.

Katie Stelmanis of Austra...or some of the audience?! Simon Price's review for yesterday's Independent on Sunday. Not sure who was whispering here but I'm guessing they are a fan/fans because they refer to Polly as Peej and say "surely" :-):

'Just when we're starting to feel hypnotised by it all, Stelmanis asks "Anyone know who won the Mercury?", prompting a flurry of smart-phone activity and whispers of "It's got to be Peej, surely".

Way to break the spell, Katie.'

Dirty Harry (UK singer) on twitter had this to say:

"I LOVE pj harvey but the new song kinda blows.. not better then the genius stories from the and to bring you my love #justsaying"

Does she mean new album? She must. I'm not surprised though. Anyone heard her music? LES is much much too intelligent for someone like her to grasp! :S
