1. Bourne Identity
2. Shakespeare in Love
3. Pulp Fiction (...or just about any other Tarrantino)
4. Romeo and Juliet (Baz Luhrmann-version)
5. Pretty Woman (only one I've seen thrice at theatres - and not ashamed to admit it)
This is actually a bit hard - not easy to find and choose the good stuff from all the crap in the telly.
6. Volver!
7. Amelie (I know I'm not being original now...)
8. Cache (Hidden) with Daniel Auteuil and Juliette Binoche
9. Hero (Chinese action/love drama)
10. The Big Blue...
Yep. will undoubtedly correct myself shortly, but-eh
that's a shot at it!

I just watched Jacob's Ladder, mainly because I like Silent Hill, which borrows from that film quite a bit.

As for The Mask, I recommend the original comics. They're pretty dark in contrast to the movie. And I read them when I was 8, which explains why I'm the way I am.

My list in no real order:
1. Clerks
2. Pulp Fiction
3. 400 Blows
4. Barton Fink
5. Eraserhead
6. Pee-wee's Big Adventure
7. Ratatouille
8. Wizards
9. This is Spinal Tap
10. American Pop

This list doesn't really satisfy me. Oh well.

The notion of making a list of 10 favorite movies out of all I've seen doesn't seem possible to me, but Barton Fink would be on it for sure. Maybe the best black comedy ever.

I love how that film gets progressively weirder, and when you watch it again, you pick up on all sorts of stuff you missed before. Those are traits of a good movie.

^anything that warrants repeated watching is definitely recommendable.

I'm so sick of getting twenty minutes in, half way through a movie and knowing exactly what will happen. Bor-ing!

Hell, I'm with you. I have just seen too bloody many to narrow it down to ten.

I was pleased to see Life of Brian on someone's list.
