I’ve been listening to a lot of Eels recently and just clocked John Parish reconnected with Mr E for Eels’ “Extreme Witchcraft” album.

I’ve thought for ages Polly and Mr E could work well together - anyone know if they have, or have even just met?

I have what I thought was an old memory of seeing a set of Russian nesting dolls of different Polly images, but seem incapable of finding them anywhere.

Am I making this up, or does anyone have a set?

And more importantly, does anyone know where I might get a set?

Has anyone got any intel on what's happened to the reissues and demos project? It was running at a real pace for so long, but has been quiet for a good while.

Doh - just refreshed kontraband site and the new demos vinyl is up, and the signed ones sold out - at 3.13. Have ordered unsigned one, but my hit rate of two has not been great with the signed ones so far!

The music absolutely did not get i the way of the play. Rather, it enhanced some scenes, acted as a bridge between others, and was a critical part of others.
