Notes from friday:
This is probably the most edited show I've seen in terms of how many different versions there are. Apparently someone seeded an unedited version of this, "sundchen" had a DAT-sourced version with better sound but it had fades between songs. He/she edited in the applauds from the old version and posted it as an upgrade. "edeledeledel" who had also repaired the first one repaired this as well making it four versions.

Now I've repaired edeledeledel's repair of sundchen's edited version. Confused yet?

I've only repaired track 9. There was a previous patch-repair which wasn't really seamless because the source used had the same vocals but lacked most of the music. What I did was mix/paste (overdub) the section 3:01-3:03 with another section 3:09-3:11 which had the music but not vocals. It's practically seamless except that the keys might start a little abrupt (and maybe earlier than they should?) You have to be really picky to be annoyed by that though. I've also sector aligned all tracks so if you have the old version and only want track 9 you still have to download all tracks :P

Notes from Edeledeledel:
"I've made four edits -
Track 2 - replaced the glitch at 4.23 with the same musical phrase from elsewhere in the track. Almost completely unnoticeable.
Track 9 - replaced the glitch at 3.01 with the same phrase from early in the track. You can certainly hear this one if you're listening attentively, as there should be more background music. But when I listened to the CD I made, I missed it and had to go back to have a listen for it (and as you might guess from the fact that I bother to do these edits, I normally do hear glitches when listening casually, and they're a thorn in my flesh!!)
Track 12 - replaced the glitch at 1.13 with the same musical phrase from elsewhere in the track. Seamless! I was very pleased with it!
Track 12 - I added the applause, which was a separate track on the original torrent, so that all tracks are actual songs. No disrespect to anyone, just my own preference

All the other tracks are the same as on the original torrent.

I hope people like the edits!"

Notes from sundchen:
"A friend taped this show back then from fm to dat and we transferred it later via analogue cable to my mac. unfortunately we faded the applause between every track - so i only had a very good sounding TAO-version.
I took the applause of the above mentioned seed and combined the two sources. sometimes you will still hear where the transitions were made - but it's now a good sounding show without a break.
There are 3 little errors (something like digi-noise) in track 2 @ 4.23, track 9 @ 3.01 and track 12 @ 1.13. as edeledeledel stated in the above mentioned seed that he fixed some of these errors i assume that they were in the original broadcast."
